Main hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm with extended hours from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. During the extended hours we have optional nap time along with rotations that may include Social Emotional Learning, Music, Science, Languages, Gardening, Art, Movement, Bookmaking & Tinker Time!
SUPER STARS (2.5yrs -4yrs)
We believe that every child learns in many different ways and that we are here to help find out what is best for each child. STAR Preschool is founded on the premise that children learn through the process of hands-on experiences and play. With an environment designed to be exploratory and inquiry-based, STAR’s innovative curriculum includes lots of messy fun, active games, and skill-building. We feel that children that are immersed in exciting experiences will be inspired to use their imagination and develop lifelong learning.
Pictures show 2 classrooms, 2 hallways, a large multi-use gym, outdoor playground areas, NOVA Classes (enrichment) snow days, and hands-on lessons.
LITTLE DIPPERS (4yrs- 6yrs)
Little Dippers is a stepping-stone for children in transition between preschool and kindergarten. This program will give students the opportunity to continue to grow socially, emotionally, physically, intellectually, in a safe educational environment. While focusing on boosting self-esteem and building character, we will introduce the necessary kindergarten readiness skills to be successful in kindergarten. We love watching the children start to find their independence in the classroom through challenging, encouraging, and supporting creativity.
