How to Register for an Account

1.) Click on the link: https://www.starinc.org/

2.) Click on the orange button on the upper right hand corner that says "Login Now!"

3.) Select "Register your account"

4.) Complete all the information and make sure you save.

5.) All set.

How to Enroll in STAR Galaxy

1.) Visit us at www.starinc.org

2.) Click on After-School Programs and select “STAR After-School”

3.) Select the Elementary that your child is enrolled in.

4.) Choose number of days, then choose the days of the week that you prefer and lastly add to cart.

5.) A pop up window will appear. Type the email you used to register your account with STAR.

6.) Your child's information will pop up, then click on it. You will get a green checkmark.

7.) Click Continue and then check out.

Helpful tips: Enroll one child at a time. Our site is a lot friendlier when you use the the Chrome Browser.

How to Enroll in STAR Nova

1.) Visit us at www.starinc.org

2.) Click on Nova

3.) Scroll down and click on the orange button “Enroll in STAR Nova Classes”

4.) Select your school

5.) Find the class you are interested in and “add to cart”

6.) Then “Add/Select Student”

7.) Type your email connected to your account in our system

8.) Your child's information will pop up, then click on it. You will get a green checkmark.

9.) Click Continue and then check out.

10.) You will receive a receipt via email through our automated system.

11.) All set.

How to Add Your Child to the Waitlist

1.) Choose your class or camp and even if it says “Full”, click “add to cart”

2.) Click “add to waitlist” (gray box)

3.) In search bar, type the email connected to your child’s account

4.) Select your child (You will see a green check mark)

5.) Click “Continue”

6.) All set

How to Change a Card Payment

1.) Please log in to your account.

2.) Look at the upper right hand corner and choose "Hello Parent Name". 

3.) Then Click on "My Profile"

4.) The on the left hand side there should be 3 tabs on top of each other.

5.) Click on "My card"

6.) You should be able to change or add card there.

Helpful Tips: You cannot delete your default card. Please add the card that you would like us to charge and then delete all other cards that you do not want charged for future transactions.

How to Add People to your

Emergency Contacts/Child’s Pick-up List

For the safety of the kiddos we ask that you add pick people to your pick up list in our system. 

1.) Please log into your account and follow these steps:

2.) At the upper right hand corner of the page, select “parent”

3.) Scroll down and select "students"

4.) Then on the far right, you will see an ellipse (...) select the ellipse

5.) Click on "Additional Info"

6.) Scroll down and Add Authorized pick up. Make sure you hit submit to complete the action.

7.) Yay! You are all set.

How to Download Receipts

1.) Log onto your account

2.) Select the ellipse  (...) on the far right of your child’s name and click on "Payment Receipt"

3.) Select your year in the first text bar

4.) Click on "Download:

5.) All Set.

How to find the Tax Id Number

1.) Log onto your account

2.) Select the ellipse  (...) on the far right of your child’s name and click on "Payment Receipt"

3.) Select your year in the first text bar

4.) Click on "Download:

5.) Our Tax ID Number is on your receipt on the upper left hand corner in Green.

How to Edit your Child’s Information

1.) Log onto your account

2.) Select the ellipse  (...) on the far right of your child’s name and click on "Edit"

3.) You can click Edit for general info, Edit Guardian Info and Edit Additional Info

4.) Make sure you click save after making changes
