
How Do I Register?
Follow these easy steps to enroll:
1. Download the registration form here. and fill it out completely.
2. Enclose a $65 (non-refundable) SUMMER REGISTRATION FEE.
•Summer registration fee is separate from the school year registration fee.
3. Enclose a 50% deposit for each week you wish to attend.
4.The application with Registration Fee and Deposit can be sent via US mail to:

OR handed to your STAR Site Director.
Limited space is available—enrollment is on a first come, first served basis.
Please note all camps include field trips unless otherwise specified.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
•Payment in full must be received before a child may attend a STAR program.
•Payments can be made with check (payable to: STAR Education) or credit card.
•February 4th — May 2nd:
A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost must be submitted to reserve your child’s space.
•May 3rd — June 2nd:
Full payment is due for all reserved spaces. If full payment is not received by this date, STAR reserves the right to cancel this participant’s enrollment and sell the space.
•Early Bird Special: February 4th—April 25th. Sign-up early and receive $10 off per week.
•Sign-up for 5 or more weeks and receive a $10 discount per week. (May be split amongst siblings).
REFUND POLICY
STAR is a fee service program based on confirmed enrollments and secured fees. Therefore, our
Refund Policy is applied uniformly and with NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. $65 Registration Fee is non-refundable. No make-up days will be granted for illness or other absence. If written refund request is received on or before June 2nd, there is a $25 cancellation fee per week. NO REFUNDS will be issued after June 2nd. Students enrolling after June 2nd will have 5 working days to cancel for a full refund, less $25 cancellation fee per week per student.
