     Yesterday morning, July 16th at 9 am on KCBS2, RockSTAR Music Education was featured on The Rachael Ray Show. The footage was filmed at last year’s 2nd Annual Battle of the Bands 2007, which took place entirely at the Hard Rock Cafe’!

     JUSTINCREDIBLE, the “master of ceremonies” for the battle, appears frequently on The Rachael Ray Show and helped in getting the participants from last year’s Battle of the Bands on KCBS2.

Tomorrow morning on CBS at 9AM a segment of The 2nd Annual Battle of the Bands from last year will be broadcasted on the Rachael Ray Show!!!

 Justincredible, the emcee from last year’s event is a regular guest on the show, and has been able to get us on air tomorrow morning July 16th at 9AM on CBS!!

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE IT TO THE FINAL BATTLE OF THE BANDS AT THE HARD ROCK  CAFE!!!!

The bands have been chosen, and the judges are waiting. Everything is in place for this Saturday’s 37th Annual Founder’s Day Celebration at the Hard Rock Cafe.

 We are proud to be working with Hard Rock to make this day a meaningful enriching experience for everyone with live music, celebrities and more!

We are asking all parents and children participating to please arrive at the Hard Rock by 11:30am. . You will check your child in at the sign in booth and proceed into the event.  The Battle will commence at 12 pm and continue until 3 pm, at which point, two bands will be crowned the ultimate RockSTAR. 

 The “Ultimate Grand Prize” is a day of recording in Blakeslee Studios in

Congratulations to every child that rocked out with us at the Crash Mansion this weekend. It was definitely an unforgettable experience for many involved with the event that day, and we hope it was for you as well. As you know the top 20 bands from this weekends concert will be playing at the Hard Rock Cafe this weekend in Universal City on June 14th. This event will run from 12-3pm and conclude in the crowning of the two Ultimate RockSTAR Bands! Listed below, are the 20 bands that were nominated to move on to the Hard Rock. Thanks again to all the children and parents that helped make this day a success! See you at the HARD ROCK!!

The 3rd Annual Battle of the Bands this Saturday, June 7th will be hosted by Michelle Phillips, of the “Mommas and Papas”.

She has gratiously donated her time to make this day as amazing as possible. Michelle will be opening and closing the ceremony, while introducing the bands as they play.

Everyone here at RockSTAR is overwhelmed that such an icon for folk/rock in America is involved and we hope that all of you take the time to thank her for giving back to the music she helped create.

CRASH MANSION, HARD ROCK CAFE, HERE WE COME!!!!

RockSTAR’s Third Annual Battle of the Bands TWO PART EVENT is now less that a month away and everything is gearing up to make this Battle the best in LA.

A letter to all of our RockSTAR parents was mailed out today with EVERYTHING our parents need to get to the event and have a great time there. In the mailing is a letter to the parents explaining all of the specifics of the two events.

Along with the letter, a DVD order form has been enclosed to allow our parents the opportunity to order upon arriving at the events. DVD’s from the HARD ROCK event will only be sold to the 20 bands playing at the event, CRASH MANSION DVD’s will be sold to EVERYONE.

Finally a Q&A form was mailed to answer ALL the essential questions pertaining to both Battles. Transportation, parking, performance times, check in procedures, Band attire, etc.

As promised we here at RockSTAR are reporting back to you about some exciting new events unfolding with the Battle of the Bands.

 Disney’s Boo Boo, with Echos of Angels is performing live onstage at the Crash Mansion, where the Hard Rock event will be decided.

Taylor Dane, and Gerry “The Gov” Brown have signed on for our celebrity judge panel at the Hard Rock, and DMC from Run DMC will be hosting this amazing event.

There will also be a “Guitar Hero” and “Rock Band” Video Game corner where you can rock out virtually between sets onstage!!

Of course prizes, food, IZZES, fun and games will be in great supply at this years BATTLE OF THE BANDS!!!!!!
